It’s not a Global Warming – It’s a Natural Cycle

Today people say they are screwed in terms of environment: depletion of natural resources, water supply. Many changes have happened in earth’s climate over the last decade. If we take any place on the planet and compare the weather of that region today with the weather even 5 years ago, it has obviously changed. And people think that everything that is happening with the weather at the moment is the result of the damage brought by industrial world. Of course it’s true that we are responsible for air and water pollution, deforestation, desertification. But do you think that the global change that is taking place is caused by people only? Even the shift of poles could be caused by us?

Honestly, I don’t believe it could happen this way because of us. And I know many would disagree, especially physicists, who always look no further than conventional science. They can explain the process of global warming perfectly in details, but the fact that they have something they can’t explain makes everyone wonder why is it so. Before people had no choice but to believe the truth the science proposed, but now a lot of people start to deny the theory of global warming.

Some scientists say that global warming is a natural cycle caused by humans. However, if we think about it, natural cycle is the cycle that happens on earth independently on human factors. If we go back in time we could see that there were a lot of climate changes.

Exploring the tree rings, we can find a clear evidence of a huge water cycle, so-called the ice age, that occurred on the planet about 13 thousands years ago (to clarify) and ended about 10 thousands years ago. There was also another mini ice age that occurred a few hundreds years ago. Is it possible that humans could make these changes themselves with their existed technology? As far as we know, their production did not pollute the environment the way humanity does in present times. And this is true and everyone knows it. Moreover, history says that people were effected by the weather and they had to change their lifestyle. When the warm period eventually came, they began fishing, as it became available when ice melted. People has always been a secondary part that had to adjust to the weather. We could never make such a huge shift, we could not create a water cycle like this.

Nowadays the same cycle is happening. Before the cooling period the planet has to go through the warm period and that’s how the cycle process in my opinion is going to work:

We know that the ice at the poles is melting. This causes a great shift in the weight of ice which is distributed across both land and water, but concentrated at the poles. As it melts and turns into water it’s then distributed all over the planet. So think: the weight of the melted water redistributes itself all over the globe’s crust. So there is an incredible weight shift to a thin crust. As a result the crust is adjusting to these new conditions by creating earthquakes and volcanoes.

Today, people make a lot of damage and it’s really sad, yes. I understand that we have to stop it eventually as it’s bad for our health. But a common belief that we are responsible for the whole global change only makes us feel a burden on our shoulders. There is a change, and there must be a reason for it that we don’t know yet; though, science will unravel that secret for us too, I hope. :)

Magniwork – free energy generator

Hey, here what I have found and decided to share with you. There is a great way to save thousands on your electricity bills. It’s actually possible to create a device on your own that can provide your household with free energy. It’s called The Ultimate DIY Free Energy Kit Magniwork

What Magniwork Kit gives you
Magniwork is 50 pages guide on how to create the device that generates power. The instructions given are detailed and really easy to follow even for a complete novice. It is absolutely safe to use it, because it doesn’t produce any harmful gases and byproducts. Anyone can walk near this device without any risk of damage. And what is really amazing is that it can actually provide you with 100% of the electricity you need for you house, which means you can get rid of electricity bills.

How does the Magniwork Generator work
A Zero point Magnetic power generator uses magnets and magnetic force to induce perpetual motion. It runs by itself and indefinitely without stopping thus creating free electrical energy that can power your home. This perpetual motion device produces larger amounts of energy than it consumes so it doesn’t need a third-party device to power it (unlike solar and wind) and it works indefinitely. It takes a very small amount of space, it can work in any weather, the material you’ll need to use are cheap and accessible anywhere around the world.
I myself think it needs a bit of handy work to do it and bit of time. Thus, I think it’s worth trying it just to see how it works. Depending on how you install this device, it’s possible to save 30%, 50% and 100% on electricity bills.

P.S. For those who may think it’s a scam – it’s not a scam, because I was also skeptical about this product. The thing is, provided with the money back guarantee, the refund rate for this product is about 6-10% which is really low. Considering on how lazy people are, they might buy it without putting any effort into using it after all. Moreover, the refund is transferred through Clickbank, thus the chances of losing your money are quiet low.
Enjoy the product!

Why is it Green to Go Vegetarian?

We never really think about how much of the planet’s resources we use to consume a piece of meat. People are simply not aware of the facts about meat production and even if they are, not enough to change their priorities about food, or they are just too lazy to change the diet because being vegetarian is the whole art: you need to know the recipes, you need to be creative and also be positive about your decision to be veggie. But it doesn’t matter much when you realise how much negative impact meat production has on environment. For me personally, I can’t have a flesh of meat in my mouth even when I’m really hungry because I choose to care, to make the planet a better and a cleaner place. So now I will give you some simple facts about meat produstion.

There were about 6.5 billion people living on earth in 2008, and population is expected to rise up to 9 billion by 2050, and as this number continues to grow, our requirement for food will also grow. We use about 30% of the total soil for production which causes a very big damage to earth through soil erosion, deforestation, desertification and others. People consume a lot of meat and seafood, and that is why the demand for these two ingredients rise dramatically. As the demand rises, people have to breed more and more animals as cheaply as possible. Of course the animals have to be feeded properly in order to become a good source of protein on people’s plates. I understand this demand for meat as I was enjoying meat for 20 years of my life before I began to feel compassionate about animals and environment.

Gathering all the information on this issue I came across a lot of controversies. The thing is, all the meat-eaters (and it’s a major part of the world’s population) are proving the importance of meat in our food intake. They give facts about people’s needs for animal protein and other minerals that we can’t be substituted by any plant on earth.
However, many great world leaders, brilliant scientists have also proven that vegetarian lifestyle would make a huge positive difference in the world.

Would you ever open your fridge, pull out twenty plates of pasta and chuck them into the bin, and then, eat only one plate of food? How about leveling fifty-five square feet of rainforest for one lunch or dumping two-thousand-five-hundred gallons of water down the drain? Of course you wouldn’t. However, just eating half a kilo of meat will cause this.

This is the extract from the article written by Hui-Ming Toh, Auckland, New Zealand, a sister of Supreme Master Ching Hai – a spiritual leader, a proponent of a vegan diet.

I don’t want to convince someone to be vegetarian, but I really do know the facts about how much they suffer from people’s cruelty and how much damage by this people make to themselves:

- To produce 1 pound of beef we have to use 4.8 pounds of grain, while this grain could be used to feed people who suffer from hunger, which is 1 billion people

- Producing the same 1 pound of beef requires 2500 gallons of water while it requires only 139 gallons to produce 1 pound of wheat. Huge amounts of water are used to feed meat-eaters and think about how valuable this water is for African kids. Notice also that it is a non-renewable natural resource.

- For the last forty years emissions of the three main greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide) has increased by 70% (!!!). Agriculture emissions have grown by 27%. But the most shocking fact is this: Worldwide, farmed animals produce more greenhouse gas emissions than the entire transport system. It is also known that cows and sheeps are responsible for 37% of the total methane generated by human activity.

- Aquaculture – fish farming; it is also responsible for pollution

- The vast amounts of land used to raise animals cause environmental issues such as habitat destruction and deforestation. Going vegetarian will halve the land-use of your diet.

The big issue that the planet face is that there is a growing number of people that get hungry every day as well as the level of pollution and toxins emitted into the air. These two problems go against each other, because we need to increase food production while reversing the damage that has already been done to the planet. We cannot solve it by continuing producing meat in amounts we do today. Moreover, meat production requires huge amounts of energy.

The average fossil fuel energy input for all the animal protein production is around 25 kilocalories (kcal) fossil energy input per 1 kilocalorie of protein produced, more than 11 times greater than that for grain protein production.

~ Pimental, D., and Pimental, M. 2003. Sustainability of meat-based and plant-based diets and the environment. American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. 78: 660S – 663S.

About the damage that meat brings to people’s health know almost everyone. It is obvious that even a little amount of meat in people’s diet increase the level of toxins and the risk of heart deceases. It has been scientifically proven that vegetables give us all the necessary vitamins and minerals we need. What is also very important to know is that animal like a cow is not any worse than your pet, would it be a dog or a cat. You don’t slaughter them, right? You will never murder your pet to fulfill your hungry stomach. So why would you kill another animal to stay alive? Do you think it’s right to be fair to some animals and be completely cruel to others just because of your habit to eat them? Think about it.

Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.  ~Albert Einstein

Think Green!

1.1

There is a great number of people who finally start thinking about our planet’s issues. They start thinking, but not many of them do something to protect the environment. Today this message is the wake-up call for people to understand that there is no time left to wait for some miracles to happen. It is up to us how do we want to determine the fate of the Earth in the near future. The climate change caused by many factors, especially human factors, is a dreadful thought for everyone. But we shouldn’t fear it as much as we should start acting towards helping the planet.

Green living is not just concern that habitants of this planet worry about. It is the way of how you think, how you act in your everyday life and how you promote this way of living and spread the message. I know there are people who still don’t understand that going to the oil industry for example will not bring much profit in the future. The thing is, they don’t care about the future, but they prefer sticking to the short-term perspective and opportunity to earn more money.

The benefits of going green are enormous not just in the future, but nowadays world. By having a greener lifestyle you make a good impact on the ecology around your house, your workplace. Here are the biggest health and environmental benefits:

- use less chemicals in your house cleaning; that will reduce the risk of allergy and asthma. For example you can use soda and vinegar for cleaning instead of the substances that poison water, air and soil;
- try to use less cans and plastic bottles by which you immediately help the environment. Moreover plastic bottles have chemicals that can cause some health problems;
- don’t use pre-ackaged food – there are lots of chemicals in there that are damaging both to your health and to the environment;
- consume food from the local produce. It doesn’t require transportation costs associated with more pollution;
- try to switch to a more vegetarian lifestyle. It was stated statistically that if every european and american man will hold vegetarian diet just once a week, there will be less 30 million starving kids in the world. It caused by the huge amounts of plants and land required to produce meat. It is also proven that vegetarian diet reduces the risk of heart deceases by almost 80%
- spend more time enjoying nature and try to use ecologically friendly transport to get to work (bike). Everyone knows it’s more healthy and better for the environment.

The leading countries in going green like Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Costa Rica, Germany, Denmark put the importance of protecting the nature on the first place after industrial, military and agricultural spending. Some countries like Costa Rica, Dominica, Grenada demilitarised themselves; it has a positive impact on environment, they don’t have armies any more. However, they still get affected by the rest of the world. It’s imperative how you think about the army and your attitude towards wars and aggression. “It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder” – Albert Einshtein

1.2

BE INSPIRED

I always think about how people can make it to convert their house eventually to a green way. Many say that they would like to do it, but then they can always find excuses like work, kids, family, etc. I just wanted to clarify for people like that, who are still in doubts that it’s not just simply laziness, so you should never blame yourself on not trying hard enough. And no way this sense of guilt will inspire you much. The inspiration always comes with a higher goal – to make the life better in you family, in your house, in that piece of land you inhabit, in the city you live, or should it be a countryside. This is called motivation, and it can inspire you enough to start working on your lifestyle. Well, this is how it works for me, because fear and guilt never work as good as real motivation.

Wind Energy – is there a solution for greener lifestyle?

1.1 What is Wind Energy?

Wind energy is a well-known alternative source of energy, and it’s highly popular around the world, although less than solar energy. Wind energy is especially needed in non-sunny areas, some european countries like the UK, Norway, Scandinavia, some parts of Northern America.
Wind Turbines, Wind Energy

In fact wind energy is one of the types of solar energy, but instead of direct solar energy accumulation (solar panels), the modern wind turbines generate electricity or mechanical power from the wind that is caused by uneven heating of the atmosphere by the sun. Wind turbines uses the kinetic energy of the wind and transforms it into mechanical power. It’s better to build wind turbines in offshore areas and at the hilltops, where the wind is strong.

There are two main types of wind turbines:
1.horizontal-axis turbines (which are the largest ones) and 2.vertical-axis turbines. Horizontal-axis turbines, that look like traditional farm windmills, are used for pumping water.

Some people do not like the look of the wind turbines saying that it spoils a scenery from the windows of their homes. Unlike solar panels, wind turbines make noise and there is also a danger that the birds that fly in that area may get killed. However these issues are not as strong as the advantages of wind energy turbines. It’s pollution free, and it’s renewable energy; as long as the wind exists, it can be converted to electricity which is a good saving on coal and oil.

Homes that use the wind power energy should take into account that the birds near the house are in danger! :P So, before setting the wind turbine, try to be conscious about it and make up something to scare away the birds, something like scarecrow. I’m telling this, because it really is an issue for people who cares about the animals and any negative externalities that may come with wind turbine installation.

1.2 Recycling Wind Turbines?

Some people ask if there is really no pollution associated with wind energy installation. According to the scientists, wind turbines can produce energy without any kind of pollution and they can be the most effective method to access energy in the future. I believe that it’s possible that the solar and the wind energy can generate 100% of the worldwide energy needed. The governments should really think about it, and make it as their first priority at the moment.

For the preference between the two types of energies I’ve been talking about so far, well, using wind power would be equivalent to using sun energy that doesn’t cause pollution, but I would go more for solar energy cause it makes no noise. Plus, the lifespan of wind turbines is smaller than that of solar panels. Still, we should admit that wind turbines produce huge amounts of energy and electricity. However, you should also take into account what you are going to do when you find out that the wind turbine installed in your house doesn’t work anymore. It’s important to recycle the used material, so that there will be indeed no pollution at all. At the moment it’s almost ignored by the producers, they mostly think about the production and installation of the wind systems. The responsibility to recycle the used wind turbines should be taken by producers and consumers. Again, the governments have to regulate this issue as soon as possible.

Yes, this is something I am concerned at the moment. With the development of wind energy industry, the appropriate measures must be taken to use the old material from wind turbines and rebuild them or use in other technologies. Otherwise we are being ecological but we still pollute.

“Some of these machines were built like tanks and like many aircraft and other pieces of equipment, they can be stripped down to the frame and rebuilt, using many newer technologies that were not even available when they were first made.” ~David Wright, VP of Manufacturing, Aeronautica Windpower~

STEPS ON MAKING SOLAR PANELS YOURSELF

Here are the guidelines on how to make the solar energy in your house yourself. If you want to have detailed information on building the solar panels at your home you can follow this link: http://solar-panel-sfor-home.com

The materials needed for the panels are actually quiet basic and it’s easy to find them in any market, specialized hardware shops, you can also get them on Ebay or Amazon. These are the things you’ll need:

drill, screwdriver, saw
wire strippers, wire cutters, a soldering iron
To build a solar system you are going to need solar cells which you can buy for about £1 per watt. It’s not hard to expect that the prices of solar cells are going to decrease and become more affordable over time; before the prices would vary at around £2-3 per watt. Preferably if you can buy solar cells, you should buy them with tabs attached already. It will be more convenient to make a panel from tabbed cells as it will save you work on glueing down the cells.

Solar cells

To build the panel you will need to make a container to hold the cells in it. It can be made from any material you like, while the easiest way is to use wood. You will need to decide the length and width of the box and make a substrate for the cells.

Box for the solar battery

While wiring the cells, if you are using batteries for the solar panel, it’s always advised to solder them on a diode so that the power flows in one direction. It will prevent the power that was stored during the day to flow backwards into the solar panel. However, if you are not planning to connect your solar panel directly to the batteries and use a charge controller you will not need a diode. To attach the cells you can use silicone caulk. Just make sure you put enough caulk in each cell and let them dry for some time.

You should screw a hole in your container to put the wires through and then glue the wired cells with the substrate of the box. Finally you can attach plexiglass on the top of your container. You might also need to solder a connector on to the wires, which you decide on depending on the device you want your solar panel to connect to.

Finally your solar panel is ready! So, these were simple guides on making your own solar panel. It will be great if people leave their comments and maybe share their experience with installing solar system at their homes.

Here is a useful link I found on internet while I was doing my own research on solar panels:

DIY or HOW TO INSTALL THE SOLAR POWER IN YOUR HOME

solar system at home“I’d put my money on the sun and solar energy. What a source of power! I hope we don’t have to wait till oil and coal run out before we tackle that.” – Thomas Edison

DIY or HOW TO INSTALL THE SOLAR POWER IN YOUR HOME

I think this a a great way to invest your free time and money to build a source of energy that will provide you with heat over time without any risk of being depleted on one day. The solar energy is the best alternative energy we have an access to. There is always a free choice between being lazy and spend dollars and dollars on the bills and finding a way of living better life for the better future.

You can do it yourself. And it really doesn’t require too much time, just maybe a little bit of patience and commitment. Make a solid decision to convert your house and this will be your first step. You can find different ways of installing the solar panels at your homes, and I think it is really worth trying making it yourself as many other people in the world already did.

Before you decide to install the solar system at your home you should first check if there is anything you cannot do yourself for some reasons, whether it’s health or lack of time. Once you have gone through all the steps that will be described later you can find it quiet fun time :) . But the only issue that may arise with doing it by your own is that you will definitely want to make it the cheapest and the most efficient way so that it will save you a lot on bills later in your life. It’s really not that difficult to install solar power in your house. For this you can follow the steps that I’m going to explain you in the next article or you can check out this link that gives you basic steps on converting your house to alternative energy: http://solar-panel-sfor-home.com

And remember to be inspired. :D

Solar Energy

Solar Energy

Introduction

Solar energy is one of the great solutions to the global warming which has been a menace and a topic of debate for a long period of time. It has been revealed that, one of the strongest effects of Global Worming is a raising temperature and longer summer. In this case we could benefit from solar energy and prevent further pollution created by conventional energy. In this paper, the different types of solar panels will be addressed in order to determine the laws governing the field of solar energy. Importantly, in order to start looking at the solar energy it is of great importance to look how expensive are the solar panes and their effectiveness (Solar Energy International 300).

The three most common types of solar-electric systems are grid-intertied, grid-intertied with battery backup, and off-grid (stand-alone). Each has distinct applications and component needs. First one is ore affordable but it doesn’t have accumulator that stores solar energy, second and third are more expensive but they store energy. Solar panel system can lust about 25 years and require little maintenance. I figured out that there is a law which supports solar panel users by Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT) and amended in the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (P.L. 110-343), but to be short it is as minimum tax deductible, but other benefits are also applies they alter from applicant to applicant (Gordon 233).

Regarding pollution research shows that Sharp Company on of the leaders on a market claims that throughout entire product cycle their manufacturing processes designed to have as little impact on our ecological system as possible. Among their most green products are LCD-TVs, surround systems. Also there are web sites which make solar panel look more interesting then just a bunch of sells; it looks like set of gorgeous glass solar-thermal roof tiles (Mahaney 12).

Photovoltaic (PV) is a process used in electricity power production that changes solar radiation into direct current electricity by the use of semi-conductors that are known to show the effects of photovoltaic. It is of importance top note that, the photovoltaic power production utilizes solar panels that consists of a number of cells containing a photovoltaic material. Importantly, countries in the whole world have come up with measures of fighting global warming in the current state. In this case, solar photovoltaics in the year 2010 were recorded producing electricity in approximately 100 countries. On this basis, the amount of global effect it had on the environment was very insignificant as compared to other means of power production (Hough 234).

Basically, the costs of photovoltaic have decreased drastically as driven by the emerging technologies and increase in the manufacturing scales. On this basis, most industries have turn to photovoltaic method of power generation as it has its positive as far as environmental degradation is concerned. In the United States of America, a number of renewable electricity energies that have very low effects to the environment have been used. It should be noted that, the photovoltaic effect is the process of creating voltage in a material upon exposure to light (Oxlade 17).

Evidences have indicated that the photovoltaic production of electricity has been very effective in the prevention of environmental degradation especially in the current technological world. On this basis, there is no much temperatures produced inn this system of energy production and hence effects of global warming would be very minimal. In the United States of America, President Obama encouraged industry owners to utilize solar energy rather than other energies that have far reaching effects in the aspect of global warming. A point worth noting is that, the photovoltaic cells should be protected from the environment in order to make them last long (Hough 234).

It should be noted that, photovoltaic technologies have helped in reducing carbon footprint which has been produced in green house emissions. In this case, photovoltaic has assisted in saving the environment from degradations caused by other technologies which release carbon into the atmosphere. A point worth noting is that, industries all over the world have been urged to make use of the environmental saving measures like the solar energy. In this case, companies mostly in the United States of America have started using this technology and hence trying to solve the problems of global warming (Oxlade 17).

It is of importance to note that, photovoltaic also called solar panels are made of semi-conducting materials which convert sunlight energy into electrical energy and hence saving the environment from effects of global warming. Importantly, the high temperatures from the sun are changed to moderate temperatures hence aiding in the prevention of global warming. Basically, there is no emission of carbon which when released into the atmosphere harms the environment and hence global warming. Certainly, photovoltaic is the best method of energy production which controls the environment by preventing its pollution through emission and releasing carbon and other poisonous gasses into the atmosphere (Hough 234).

Certainly, the photovoltaic or solar panels make it very cheap to produce energy by the use of environmental friendly methods. In the developed countries, the emission of carbon and its release to the environment has decreased to at least 5%. This is a very viable way to indicate that the whole world is moving toward environmental friendly technologies which will bring viable results and effects to the environment. In this case there is a target set for each country emission of carbon which should be reached by the year 2012 (Oxlade 17).

It should be noted that, solar energy has some advantages to the environment over the oil. First, solar energy is a renewable source of energy despite the fact that its utilization is restricted only to day time and especially sunny day. On the other hand, the availability of solar energy may be relied upon day after day especially in the conservation of environment. It is of importance to note that the supply of solar energy lasts as long as there is sun and hence it’s the best method of energy production which is environmental friendly (Hough 234).

It has been argued that, one of the advantages of solar panels is that they produce an energy that is renewable and hence can not get depleted. As compared to the oils, solar energy is the best energy production which is both cheap and environmental friendly. On the other hand, since no burning is done in the production of solar energy; it is a no polluting energy production. In this case, the temperature produced from the sum is directly converted to electrical energy and hence there is no harm done by these temperatures. Importantly, by producing low levels of temperature the environment will be saved from global warming which has been a very dangerous aspect in the future of our environment (Mahaney 12).

Apart from global warming, the process of obtaining oils may results to spilling which causes water and soil pollution. Basically, the installation of solar panels and other devices does not at all harm the environment. In this case, the photovoltaic energy production is the best in terms of environmental protection (Gordon 233).

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages of solar energy which may be stated that, the solar panels may be broke or malfunctioning resulting to defects in converting the sunlight temperatures. When this happens, there will be some effects in the environment. Additionally, the production of solar energy can not be done at night or in a cloudy or rainy day and hence its effectiveness may not be good or reachable. It should be noted that even though solar energy is used by most of the developed countries, it may not be possible or efficient in countries which experience long winter periods (Solar Energy International 300).

In conclusion, despite the disadvantages of solar energies the advantages outweigh the disadvantages and hence make it the very best method of energy production. It should be noted that, photovoltaic or solar panels are very friendly to the environment in terms of preventing global warming as it helps in producing low temperatures. In contrast to other methods of energy production like oils, solar energy benefits the environment by not emitting poisonous gases into the environment which h causes harm to the environment. As a result of this, governments are encouraging industries to adopt this method of energy production in order to save the environment.

Affordable Solar Power Systems – Make A Homemade Solar Energy Panel Below $200

Solar power systems can be very affordable if you can apply a little elbow grease. By constructing solar energy panels yourself, you can a truckload of money on expensive setups and installation. You can also experience the joy of creating something useful.

A typical solar power generator costs at least $300 to $400 for a complete set up in a regular-sized home. You also have to consider maintenance costs. And if the panels break for whatever reason, you’ll need to spend money to replace them.

For many homeowners, their main aim of using solar energy panels is to be able to harvest the freely available energy from the sun. Then at some point in time (usually 10 to 15 years) their photovoltaic panels will eventually pay back the price they were bought for. This is commonly known as the payback period. It’s at this time when the owners start seeing financial benefits coming from theirsolar energy panels. Sadly, most of us will not have the patience to wait that long to experience the benefits.

By making your own solar panel, you can possibly shorten the payback period by a good ten years. This is because homemade solar energy panels cost much lesser. Thus even if the energy production is not superior to commercial panels, their payback period can be reduced dramatically.

Each piece of solar energy panel you build may cost less than $5 if you know how. This is a big contrast from professionally made panels. The entire construction process is simple and can be learnt from a DIY solar instructional manual. With nothing more than glass, plywood and some other commonly found parts, you can make an energy producing photovoltaic panel that can probably last you for two decades.

A possible challenge when making your own solar energy panel is where to source for cheap and reliable solar cells. This is because solar cells are the most important components of a solar power generator and cheap ones are not commonly found. This information can be found in good instructional guides. In fact, these guides can lead you step-by-step to complete your first homemadesolar energy panel even if you have got no prior experience in DIY projects.

There are also tips and secret techniques that can transform your ordinary-looking solar energy panels into professional-looking ones. More importantly, you can build a more efficient and longer-lasting solar power system with good instructional guides than doing it by the trial-and-error method.

Get to know abut Green Products and Green Investments – Green Personal Finance

Article by alexanderhampp

We all know that going green is good to Mother Nature. It’s good to conserve energy and help save the dying planet. Yes, the planet is slowly dying because of our deeds. Men have been polluting the atmosphere like never before and cutting trees that are extremely important for ecological balance. If things are continue to go awry, scientists predict that in a few decades there will be a catastrophic change in climate which may lead to warmer climate, unpredictable weather etc.

Men don’t seem to care about all things they do, but keep on doing it. It’s only in the last couple of decades, the awareness about why we have to go green and conserve energy to save the earth from any damage. To this end many companies are launching green products to their customers in a bid to promote energy conservation and environmentalism. It’s good to produce, market and use renewable products so that they are not wasted once they are used. Renewable products can be recycled and used many times.

The advantage of using green products don’t only lie on their renewability; they also provide more value to the buyer. Renewable products are often cheap to produce and hence cheaper in the market. They don’t pose any threat to the environment and not poisonous. Most of the green products are bio-degradable meaning, they will naturally get degraded and won’t just sit on land field for thousands of years.

These days, more and more number of people are aware of the fact that using green products and conserving energy is the only way to a safer planet apart from planting more number of trees. Now finding green products is very much easier than it used to be. A decade ago when less number of people were interested in green products, it was difficult for one to find green products. But these days almost everything is becoming green, even financial products are in green.

Banks and financial companies are competing to attract their green customers by providing green credit cards, green mutual funds, green investments options green investment bonds etc. In financial world, the list even extends to green real estate, green tax rebates, green investment loans, green funds, green franchises and much more. Green investments is become the hot topic of the day. May companies are trying to attract more green customers by providing opportunities in green investments.

There are millions of green activists that are only interested in buying or investing in green products. It’s good that companies are also providing them with the opportunity to invest in green products by offering discounts which will encourage non-conservationists to adopt greenism.
